Overview
This is a lovely example of the Fender 2005 Custom Shop Limited Edition '66 Stratocaster Closet Classic in the super rare Firemist Silver Metallic finish.
All the Closet Classic relic wear on the body is as it was when leaving the Custom Shop with some striking lacquer checking all around the body, light dings and a commensurate amount of ageing to the plastics and hardware.
This guitar has come from a collector well-known to us at Smokestack and is in 100% original condition.
It has mainly been kept in its case for a good portion of its life, but please do expect some light playwear from usage. The Medium Jumbo frets have some wear but they still have plenty of life left in them. Also to note, a few areas of the maple fretboard have been touched-in after some typical cracking to the lacquer. We have highlighted this in the final photograph.
The weight of this guitar is 3.62kg (7.98lbs). Please see the photos for all the case candy that is included.
The original Custom Shop Limited Edition hardshell case is included. This is in excellent condition with just a few signs of wear from storage.

Shipping: U.K. delivery is charged at £16.50 and is via the Parcelforce Express 24 service. We usually ship the next working day (Mon. - Fri.) after cleared payment. UK delivery only. Returns: Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned to us in the exact same condition that they were sent in and you must contact us beforehand to authorise a return - no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for the item being safely returned and the return postage costs. The buyer must insure the item to its full value to avoid loss.
